Jigsaw Cloud is a UK-based SAP SuccessFactors partner specializing in HR software and consultancy. They needed a refreshed brand and website that better reflected their expertise, credibility, and forward-thinking approach in the HR tech space.

I led the strategic rebrand and redesign from concept to completion. The new logo and visual identity were developed to communicate clarity, confidence, and a human-centered approach—qualities that differentiate Jigsaw Cloud in a complex enterprise market. The website design focused on improving usability and lead generation, supported by a clear information hierarchy and intuitive navigation. Custom illustrations and subtle animations were created to explain the HR modules in a visually engaging way, helping simplify technical content. I also defined the brand’s tone of voice and wrote key web copy to ensure consistency between design and messaging.

The result is a cohesive brand experience that aligns strategy, design, and storytelling. The rebrand positions Jigsaw Cloud as a credible and approachable SAP partner, strengthening their market presence and supporting their growth objectives.
